About this policy
Hyne Ventures LLC operates WellLens IQ Booking, currently a private, invitation-only scheduling pilot. This policy explains how the pilot’s Google Calendar integration accesses, uses, processes, and retains Google account and calendar information. It does not describe the separate WellLens IQ wellness products or all data practices of the Hyne Ventures website.
Google permissions and information accessed
Connecting Google Calendar requires your authorization. The integration requests the email permission to identify the connected Google account and the calendar.events.readonly permission to read calendar events.
Imported calendar information includes event titles, event times, busy status, and synchronization metadata. Event titles may contain names or other personal information entered in Google Calendar.
The integration does not read Gmail and does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
How calendar information is used
Calendar information is used to display events and busy times, show scheduling conflicts, and help prevent double-booking within WellLens IQ Booking.
Synchronization is manually triggered by the calendar owner. The displayed information reflects the most recent successful synchronization and may not reflect later changes in Google Calendar.
Calendar data is not used by an AI feature in this integration.
Who can see calendar information
Calendar owners can see their own imported event titles. Other users require explicit sharing permissions to view titles. Otherwise, authorized viewers see busy status and times rather than event titles.
Hosting and processing
Base44 hosts and processes application data and manages the OAuth credentials used for the Google connection. Google processes information as the calendar provider. The integration therefore involves third-party processing; calendar information is not processed solely by Hyne Ventures LLC.
Retention and disconnecting
Imported calendar events remain in the application after a Google Calendar connection is disconnected. Disconnecting does not automatically delete previously imported information.
The pilot does not currently have a defined retention period or an automatic deletion schedule for imported calendar information.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose whether to authorize a Google Calendar connection. You can revoke the app’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access does not itself delete information already imported into WellLens IQ Booking.

We may update this policy as the pilot develops. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
